Blinn and I have been making our own pizza dough for a few months now and its been great to know exactly what's going into the crust. This week it was my turn to cook and last night I whipped up this beautiful masterpiece!

Toppings: spicy sauce seasoned with oregano, freshly ground black pepper and crushed red pepper, mozzarella cheese, spinach, kalamata olives, mushrooms, onions, and red bell pepper

Oh yes - and please notice how thick the crust got!

Needless to say, I am super pumped for my lunchtime leftovers today!
