Monday: Black Bean Burgers, carrots & baked potatoes (we didn't get to these last night because there were lots of leftovers from previous meals that we devoured instead)

Tuesday: Taco Salad & our Winter Solstice Open House where there will be lots of treats!

Wednesday: Zuppa Toscana - SO excited about this! Its my favorite soup at Olive Garden!

Thursday: Southwestern Pasta

Friday: Christmas Eve! Green Bean Casserole for Grandpa's house, Roasted Garlic & Black Bean Dip for Dad's house with raw veggies for dippin' (an appetizer theme)

Saturday: Christmas Day! TBD because as the Blinns like to roll... there's still no plan for Christmas dinner.

Sunday: leftovers or pizza - keepin it simple after the holiday whirlwind
