Preschool

Today was Zachari Jane's first day of preschool. 

How on earth is she old enough to be in this new stage of life? 

She did so. well. I was expecting a tantrum/meltdown/flip-out session but she did amazingly! Today she only stayed for 30 minutes on her own. Wednesday, she'll stay for a full hour and then next Monday will be the real deal: a whopping two and a half hours without Mama and Papa. 

I'm as thrilled about this new phase of life for Z as I am for me. It will be good for my girl and I to have a few hours apart each week to explore and learn and appreciate our times together even more. I'll also get some one on one time in with J which will be good. I truly believe this preschool thing is gonna be a major positive for the Blinns all around. 

ZJ, you're a gem. I love you so much and I'm so proud of what a big, brave girl you were today! Good job, Love!
