Menu

Monday: Beans & rice
Tuesday: Rotini with spicy red sauce & chicken & lima beans on the side
Wednesday: Stuffed squash with corn
Thursday: Potatoes, chicken, carrots & rice skillet
Friday: Tilapia with broccoli-cheddar stuffed potatoes
Saturday: Salad & homemade pizza. Trying this dough out for a change.

  1. I thought I left a comment on here but it didn't seem to take! How do you cook your tilapia? I can't seem to get mine right, so I stick with salmon. Any tips you have would be welcomed! Also, please sent Thursday's recipe when you get a chance, it sounds delish!!

  2. how was the gluten free pizza dough? we're going gluten free around here, among other things, & the recipe sounds tasty! any tips or changes/additions you'd make to the recipe? i think i'd like to try it!
