Its been a while since I've created a weekly menu for the fam, but I'm back! (... and I'm so thankful I feel well enough to do this.)
Sunday: Pork chops, basmati rice & garlic-roasted brussels sprouts
Monday: Steamed veggies & spicy peanut sauce over brown rice
Tuesday: Homemade pizza
Wednesday: Beans & rice with edamame
Thursday: Pasta something-or-other
Friday: Hoping for a date with my boy before the Good Friday service with Brookside. Hmm...
