Fathering

What a phenomenal father my daughter has! When I was young and single I'd daydream about what I hoped my future husband would be like as a father. Most of the time those daydreams were of that man fathering a little girl too and now my dreams are coming true. Matthew Blinn is a sensitive, caring, patient, kind, loving papa to our Zachari Jane and I couldn't ask for a better mate to walk with me on the road of parenthood. 

I wish I had more good pictures of my two loves together, but usually he's the one behind the camera so my options are limited. Just a few shots of him being his amazing self and being a wonderful father. 

He's gone with me to every one of Zachari's appointments - birth through fifteen months - and he looks forward to it almost as much as I do. Here he is covering Baby Girl up with a blanket while she waited for shots at her one year visit.

He totally embraces the fact that he has a daughter and a daughter that's probably going to be quite girly whether we force it or not! On Easter Sunday Z carried her first purse, a gift from her Aunt Kristi. Look how presh Blinn is holding his prissy girl.

One of my favorite pictures of the two of them from the end of May. He is enamored with her and she is putting him in is place and giving him some 'tude. I don't know where she gets that from... ;) She looooooves him and he looooooves her and together they just melt this mama's heart.
