Strrrrrrretch

I'm 24 weeks along now - that's 6 months!

Little One was a bit drowsy during the ultrasound today so the tech couldn't get the most amazing shots of the bod, but I still think you look pretty adorable! Blinn's favorite thing was seeing the babe's little toesies. My favorite thing was seeing him or her strrrrrrretch as he/she stirred and woke up for a few seconds. Then we saw Little One settle back into the fetal position and be still for the rest of the scan. Even if we wanted to know the gender, we wouldn't have been able to find out today because my child just was not havin it!

In the last few weeks I've taken to calling this one Thumper. Why? Oh, because he or she is rough! I think that often times my bladder is mistaken for a trampoline and what most people would think are baby kicks often feel more like hard punches! 

As always, it was wonderful to see the one Blinn and I created up on the screen and I'm even more excited to know what this child will be like on the outside. The anatomy scan looked perfect, the amniotic fluid level and blood flow are ideal and Little One is measuring over a pound now. Yayyy!
